At Your AI Voice Assistant, we are committed to providing customized AI voice agent solutions tailored to your business needs. Because each agent is built specifically for your operation and involves setup of dedicated services such as phone numbers and call routing, the following cancellation policy applies:

1. Early Cancellation Fee

If a client decides to cancel service after the AI voice agent has been built (whether before or shortly after going live), an Early Cancellation Fee of $99.99 will be charged. This fee covers the time, resources, and development costs already invested in creating and configuring your custom AI agent.

2. Non-Refundable Service Charges

In the event of cancellation, the following charges are non-refundable and will still apply:

Phone Line Fee – charged monthly for the dedicated number assigned to your AI agent

Per-Minute Usage Charges – applied for any minutes used during testing or live operation of the AI agent

These charges are required to maintain the infrastructure that powers your AI voice system and are billed regardless of cancellation.

3. “Name Your Price” Program Terms

Clients participating in the Name Your Price program receive a discounted rate based on mutual agreement. By enrolling in this program, you agree to the terms outlined at the time of sign-up, including any upfront or annual payment commitments.
If you cancel after the AI agent is live, any unused portion of the prepaid amount is non-refundable.

4. Cancellation Process

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to [Your Email Address]. Cancellation will be considered effective on the date your written request is received and confirmed by our team.

5. Ongoing Charges

If you choose to continue using the AI voice agent, your payment method on file will be charged for:

The monthly phone line rental

Per-minute usage charges

Any agreed-upon service rate under the Name Your Price program
